Texas Air & Space Museum

Captain Cecil B. Hawkins, Jr, United States Navy (Retired)
Captain Hawkins, flying a wide range of military aircraft, spending thousands of hours in the air and operating out of land and carrier-based runways throughout the world, achieved a Naval flight history that may never be equaled.
